Both subscription and non-subscription customers can update their shipping address through the customer portal.
Click here and enter the email address you use for your subscription or orders. You will receive an email with a code which you can copy and paste into the customer portal to access your shipping information.
For subscription customers: Click “Manage Subscriptions”, then “View Subscription”. From here you will have the option to edit your shipping address for all future deliveries.
For non-subscription customers: Click the "Profile" button to view your details and edit your default address.
Please note: If your order has been placed but you want to update the address please contact support@brainzyme.com as soon as possible.
