How do I update my subscription preferences?

To manage your subscriptions, simply click on the ‘Account’ icon (see below) at the top right of any page.

Enter the email address you used to place your subscription order. You will receive an email with a link which will take you to the subscription portal. You can edit the subscription frequency, change products, skip orders or cancel the subscription, apply discount codes and update your details and payment method.

Please note: Cancelling or skipping your subscription only affects future deliveries. This will not cancel or refund subscription orders that have been placed or shipped - but don't worry, you can always return them following our 365-day Refund Policy or contact support@brainzyme.com for assistance.
