How do I update my subscription preferences?

To manage your subscriptions, simply click on the ‘Account’ icon (see below) at the top right of any page.

Enter the email address you used to place your subscription order. You will receive an email with a link which will take you to the subscription portal. You can edit the subscription frequency, change products, skip orders, pause or cancel the subscription, apply discount codes and update your details and payment method.

Please note: Cancelling, pausing or skipping a subscription will not result in the cancellation or refund of an already processed subscription renewal. This action only affects future renewal charges. See our Refund Policy for more information.
